Riddle me this: Why, while on a train from Philadelphia to New York City, can I not get a solid data connection, let alone a basic cell connection?  I mean, here we are late in the year 2007, where communication is supposed to be almost ubiquitous and the promise of “always on” is being made by almost everyone and still I cannot get a decent cell connection in one of the busiest areas of the country. To be honest I am just perplexed by this and many other parts of the telecom industry.
